TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

To obtain a full refund on tours, cancellation must be more than six weeks in advance of the tour taking place.  Your deposit will be non-refundable if we have booked and paid for theatre or attraction tickets in advance as part of your package.  If the cancellation is made inside of six weeks, a refund can only be made if the seats can be re-sold.  If you are in possession of travel insurance and you cancel within six weeks of departure, you will need to make a claim through your insurance company.

 

PASSENGER PROTECTION INUSRANCE

 

In accordance with the Package Travel, Package Holiday and Package Tours Regulations 1992 all passengers booking with Plymouth Citycoach are fully insured against the loss of all monies paid to us (and repatriation if required) due to insolvency by Devitt Insurance Services Ltd of St. Paul’s House, 61-63 London Road, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 1NA.
