The primary aim at Citycoach is to provide value for
money holidays with quality service. There are, however, a number of points
that we feel are important.
1. Every effort is taken when planning your holiday
to ensure the service and comfort you have paid for is provided. If you are
dissatisfied with any part of your holiday it is in your own interests to bring
the complaint to the attention of the driver/courier, who will try to resolve
the situation. In the event that you are still not satisfied you must notify us
in writing within 42 days of the completion of your holiday and this must be
sent to Plymouth Citycoach, Milehouse, Plymouth, PL3 4AA, quoting your booking
reference number and your departure date.
2. All hotels used by Citycoach are of the highest
quality with excellent food and accommodation. Bedrooms are en-suite unless
otherwise stated in the fully inclusive price. All tours offer at least half
board and most hotels are used by Citycoach on a regular basis.
3. Plymouth Citycoach operate a strict no smoking
policy on board coaches. Regular comfort stops are made whilst traveling
to and from holiday destinations and all excursions. Any unreasonable
behaviour that offends other customers may result in that individual being
asked
to
terminate their holiday early with no financial recompense.
4. Plymouth Citycoach cannot be held responsible for
any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, inconvenience or additional expenses
that may result from the actions of anyone not directly under our control. All
times shown in the timetable are shown as a guide. Traffic and other conditions
may vary the arrival and departure times.
5. The driver/courier is responsible for the coach at
all times. Anything other than hand luggage must be placed in the vehicle
storage area. Plymouth Citycoach cannot be responsible for any loss or damage
to personal property whilst on the coach or at your destination. Refer to your
insurance policy for any claim.
6. Customers are responsible when appropriate for
ensuring that all customs requirements of any import are complied with.
7. On all Continental holidays insurance is
compulsory. Our customers are responsible for ensuring that they have valid
passport and satisfactory immigration/visa requirements. Citycoach staff will
be happy to offer advice.
8. On rare occasions we are forced to alter a tour or
it's itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control. This is normally only
minor. As much notice as possible will be given but when it significantly
affects the content of your holiday you can either continue the tour, accept an
alternative tour if available or cancel without financial loss.
9. The Company will at all times endeavour to operate
tours as advertised. If we cancel after you have booked but more than
four weeks before the date of departure we will offer you an alternative
holiday if
available or a full refund of any monies paid at the time of cancellation.
Tours will not be cancelled within four weeks of departure unless you
have not paid the full price, or your holiday is subject to circumstances
beyond the
Companies control including war, threat of war, flood, fire, bad weather,
industrial action, service difficulties, adverse road and sea conditions,
government action or similar events. In all circumstances of cancellation
Citycoach cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or financial loss
other than directly paid towards your holiday.
